Marc St. Louis President, CEO

Marc is a former United State Marine Corps officer and proven leader with over 10 years of corporate experience in technology and business development. While at Pitney Bowes and then United Technologies (UTC) Marc provided innovative technology solutions to his company and enabled them to meet their global business goals. His project and business management skills allowed Marc to successfully guide project teams from their initial vision to a final, fully operational, documented, and tested system or software application.
Marc holds a Bachelor degree in Technology Management, a Master of Science and Management, as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). With over 15 years of direct experience in business, technologies, onshore/offshore team and project management, Mr. St Louis provides a well balanced technical and managerial skill set that is vital to Northeast Informatics Group.
Forrest L. Levin MS Chief Operating Officer

Forrest (Woody) has a long and varied history with a broad range of technologies and team environments. As a graduate physics student he worked with leading scientists in the field of low temperature physics. After graduation, he moved into diagnostic medical device design while at UCSD. At Vanderbilt he worked as a biomedical engineer and ran their mass spectrometry lab for 5 years. At Yale he did more graduate study and worked in the nobel prize winning lab of Dr. J. Fenn.
He then formed his own consulting company with projects ranging from robotic controller design, embedded software development, medical product design, large scale medical data warehouses, and clinical decision support systems. More recently, he has contributed to VA medical research and the development of clinical NLP tools to promote patient safety and improve cancer treatment outcomes for veterans. He has over 20 year of experience with the Veterans Administration VISTA medical record and was part of the development team that launched telemedicine at the VA. He has contributed to numerous research publications in the field of CDS tools and database design.
